Who We Are
Joe Carroll / President
Joe Carroll is a portfolio manager with years of professional securities experience in all types of markets. His work has been nationally recognized by Merrill Lynch, where he was a member of Merrill Lynch’s Winner’s Circle and Recognition Clubs. Joe earned his degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he also lettered in football for the Fighting Irish. Following decorated service as a Marine Corps infantry officer, he began giving financial advice at Merrill Lynch.
In 2003, he left Merrill Lynch to pursue an opportunity in his family’s long-standing business. He remains a Vice President at Eastern Warehouses. After some coaxing from his network of professionals, friends, and family, he founded Carroll Financial Group in 2005.
When not busy serving his clients, Joe enjoys reading, fitness, spending time with his family, and participating in civic and charitable activities. He has been involved in the Notre Dame alumni network, the Boy Scouts of America, and the Veterans Administration. He and his wife Sandy have three children.
Sandy Carroll / Office Manager
Sandy Carroll is the office manager. A former middle school teacher, Sandy handles the administrative aspects of our business. She earned her degree from the State University of New York and Master’s degree from Adelphi University.
